Nano Superdrive 2: The journey is about to begin…from Bhubaneshwar

It’s a great privilege to be a part of the Tata Nano Super Drive 2 team as a photoblogger, which will start on 16th May from Bhubaneswar and expected to be end on 8th June in Patna through some of the most beautiful regions of eastern India. Driving and exploring the eastern territory of our nation in the “Small Wonder”, Tata Nano, from the state capital of Orissa, the 2000 years old city Bhubaneswar, to the Mahanadi delta of Cuttack, to the mineral town of Rourkela, to the Steel city of Jamshedpur, to the “Manchester City” of the east, Ranchi and then from entering Asansol to the bank of the river Damodar at Durgapur. Then a straight drive to the “city of joy”, Kolkata and then last but not the least exploring the city of Patna.

Exploring the east in the scorching summer heat, capturing scintillating moments, meeting new faces by covering a distance of around 1500 kilometers in our very own TATA NANO is going to be a marvelous experience. A drive amongst the temples of Bhubaneswar, to along the banks of Mahanadi in Cuttack, and then besides the hills and lakes of Rourkela.  Then entering the land of Jharkhand, staring from the homeland of the Tata’s, city of Jamshedpur in the Chota Nagpur plateau, surrounded by the picturesque Dalma Hills and the river Subarnarekha. Our journey then continues to the steel cities Ranchi to Asansol to Durgapur. Then exploring the banks of river Hooghly in the “city of joy”, Kolkata to the land of Pataliputra, Patna .

The 21 days of journey across 9 cities, is to not only ensure its  durability but also the love for the Tata Nano in the midst of my motherland, amongst my countrymen. This journey proves that the dream of every Indian to own a car, as it’s the most talked about four-wheeler in its category, providing comfortable seating and safety, just apt for the Indian domestic market.

Stay tuned for the scintillating pictures of the Tata Nano on the background of the amazing places we would be covering through Super Drive 2.

Also it’s a great privileged to announce that there will be a rally of the Tata Nano cars in each cities of the Tata Nano Super Drive 2 route.
